The Noise of Exchange.

Jim Denley : wind instruments
Amanda Stewart : voice and text

We became friends who wanted to play (was Rik Rue the catalyst?). Or was it through playing we became friends?

We do not accept distinctions between sound makers, musicians and wordsmiths in this play.

Communalism, friendship and ethics is our real work – it’s something we never quite get right (sometimes more siblings than friends) but we keep attempting.

The social became a more complex, expansive and rewarding playground than aesthetics.
