Mara is a composer and curator based in Eora Sydney. She plays the viola and collaborates with her laptop to create live performances and recorded pieces for film, dance, and gallery spaces. Her work is led by the shifts of perspective and interaction of rhythms and beings within environments. Mara's most recent album At Every Corner 'is a testament to her deep connection to time, place and community, as well as her skill in transforming everyday sounds into immersive auditory constructs'.

Tujiko Noriko is a Japanese singer, songwriter, and filmmaker based in Paris. Since the early 2000s, she has released several albums of experimental pop, singing bittersweet melodies in Japanese and English over glitchy, downtempo electronics and electro-acoustic arrangements. Early releases such as Shojo Toshi (2001) and From Tokyo to Naiagara (2003) were highly acclaimed, attracting attention from IDM and indie pop audiences alike. She has collaborated with several experimental electronic musicians, including Peter Rehberg (as DACM), Lawrence English, and Nobukazu Takemura. After having worked on experimental short films throughout her career, she released her first full-length instrumental soundtrack, Kuro, in 2019. The expansive ambient work Crépuscule I & II appeared in 2023.

Harnessing the immediacy and viscerality of noise music and power electronics, Qaisar’s music is attuned to a fractured world; a mirror to socio-political confusion. Ruhail Qaisar’s groundbreaking 2023 album ‘Fatima’ rings out as futurist prose, encapsulating a zeitgeist of social and environmental uncertainty. This is remarkable music coming from an isolated corner of the globe and certainly with an alarming relatability and relevance.

Allara is a staunch Yorta Yorta artist - songwoman, bassist, producer and sound-designer. Living on Wurundjeri, Woi-Wurrung Country for almost 15 years, her motivation is driven by a hope of healing and self-determination. Her fire within, is ignited by the resilience of yenbana-l and woka-n mulana. Allara’s unrelenting commitment to collapse colonial structures, inspires her work in all fields, and is based in growing native knowledge resurgence, through wholehearted blak joy... AND crop dusting seeds of resistance, in every corner of every lawn. F**K the colony.

Marcus Whale is a musician and performance-maker, and member of the bands Perfect Actress, Collarbones and BV. As a solo artist,  his performances explore the tension and spontaneity of the performative moment, often moving off the stage and into the room. Presented across club, theatre and more makeshift contexts, these performances draw from the pageantry of religious ritual, queer performance and horror film in feeling and thinking through desire, excess and the void. Recent shows include Ecstasy for Liveworks Festival and The Substation/Rising, Needlemouth and Tower of Babel for Soft Centre/Now or Never and Tiny Hole Inside Me (with Andrea Illes) for The Lab.
