For Inter.Sonix 04, Naarm/Melbourne-based artist, sound designer, and producer Lauren Squire will be in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, taking part in GAUNG, a new electronic music festival focused on long-term collaboration and exchange.

Lauren will be leading a Basic Sound Engineering Workshop and performing a solo set at Yes No Klub, sharing her experience and approach to working with sound.

With over ten years of practice across live sound, studio production, and performance, Lauren’s work spans both creative and technical realms. As one half of the duo OK EG, she’s known for experimental soundscapes and immersive live shows. She also brings a considered and accessible approach to education and mentorship, helping others build confidence in sound.
